a little help please would be greatly appreciated

k guys, i have just recently jailbroken my iphone 4 with the new 4.3 jailbrake using redsn0w. i have opened cydia, selceted themes, and purchased the envyHD theme. my questions are, how do i get to move my icons around the screen so i can place them where i like? and how do i change the weather mod to my location? because the 3 themes i have bought have all said 'memphis' as the location. thanks

In cydia there is an app called gridlock, it allows you to place your icons anywhere, another one called iconoclasm let's you change from 4 to 5 icons in a row, also Ifile will let you go into the theme and modify it, there should be some how to's around the forum here.
