Iphone 8 photo app.

I had an Android that had Google Photos. It sets pictures on a date taken.
On this Iphone it's app. that came on phone doesn't seem to have this capability. Is there some way to set it to do so?

iPhone photos all have the date, time, and location where they were taken unless location for photos has been turned off in settings. The default organization in photos is by date and time.

Iphone Photo app. wants to group pictures and also show in days. The oldest picture in on top of screen, you have to scrool down to present day. Is there away to have newest pictures on top and scroll down for older pictures? Thanks

Google Photos loads images to it’s own cloud storage, not to iCloud.

It's own cloud storage. But if you choose to do so, after uploading your images to Google Photos, you can then delete them from the camera roll. This would also delete them from iCloud and save iCloud storage space. But for good measure, I'd also put the photos elsewhere, like on the computer or somewhere.
