iPhone 5C Issue/Problem

So around 1 or 2 weeks ago I noticed something weird. My iPhone microphone is really acting up, it work's on Facetime and Calls, but for example Voxer or Siri don't seem to work. The voice messages are just blank. Really annoying. Went from iOS 8.1 to 8.1.2 and it's still happening, went into Settings>Privacy>Microphone and allowed it but it still doesn't work

*UPDATE*
So I just made a test call with a friend and they said i kept cutting out

Try a hard reset. Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.

Just found out that with any pair of headphones (doesnt matter if they have a microphone or not) the call works.

That's only a workaround. You still have a problem. Sometimes a case will cause mic issues. Is it still in warranty?
