iphone 4s issue

hey guys i have had my iphone 4s for about a week and a half now and i have a problem the first thing i noticed was the plastic trim between the body and the lcd started to pull slightly away < second thing is that the back panel is loose it slightly ahifts from left to right , should i take the phone back and have it repaired or are these issues minor ​

Did you buy this iPhone new or used???

Because if it was new, then take it back ASAP and have them hand you another new one. Nothing should be moving.

If it is used, you will have to check into the warranty status of the phone as well as of the provider you purchased it from.

i got it brand new on a upgrade this shifting of the backplate only started a few days ago but the trim thing diddnt bother me that much

Take it in, get it replaced and insist on a new phone. Nothing should be moving.

i got it from my cellular network taking it to the repairs depo < last qeustion im scared that the repair guys mess it up more than before

That is why I suggest you have them give you a new one.

I would recommend dealing directly with apple.

no i went to apple today they said they are not allowed to touch my hardware and will send it away which is exactly the same as my cellular provider , but i hope they will just give me a new one if not i am just gonna keep it like it is

apple gave me the same speach as my cellular provider but if i dont recieve a new one im not sending it away im just gonna tollerate the lose backplate

The loose back plate could lead to bigger problems in the future, deal with them and they should make it right.

Did they give a reason why they wasn't allowed to touch it.

apple said i should go to my cellular network repairs depo they sent it to apple istore arent allowed to deal with it < but it is in apple are checking it out i will probably get a new one or it repaired in this week then ill post the result thanks guys
