well guys got my phone back they diddnt do anything no fix no replace they say this problem is minor
idk seems like they gave you a phone they fixed or something.. iphones should be tight, you might get some water in there or worse it could just snap off... I think apple didnt want to touch it because its "physical damage" so I would not settle for something if you paid the money for it....

Maka is right, demand your carrier right this with a new phone. One that isn't messed up out of the box.
Did China go union? That could explain the Monday 7AM QC problem here, LOL.

Who says the problem is minor, Apple or your carrier? I would ask the carrier for the Apple work order number and confirm with Apple that this phone is good to their standards and the warranty is still in place with this problem noted.

i gave it to my carrier and they sent it to apple apple sent it back with only a software update so apple probably said no nothing big send it back as is < if it snaps off or get stuffed because of this ima send it back expecting a new one
apple will not replace it for free due to physical damage. I believe they lied to you. Im not trying to sound rude but Im guessing you dont care so I guess theres not much more we can do. You will have to pay to get it fixed if anything happens.
