Iphone 4 - Restore error 1602 after Bootloop

Hey, the iPhone of my girlfriend got stucked in boot loop. (ios 5.0.1 untethered JB via redsn0w)
I tried first other ways to fix it.
Tried steps:
- Softrestore
- Restore via DFU Mode
- Restore via pwned DFU Mode (redsn0w and ireb tested - yes the latest ones b5 and ireb5)
- Boot tethered
- Fix Recovery
- Jailbreak again

Nothing worked
Restoring on iTunes (10.5.3) getting Error 1602 (sometimes 1604).
Hosts file is clean (checked also via ping -> gs.apple.com.akadns.net [17.171.36.30])
Tried different machines
Tried other usbport/usbcable
Tried customfirmwares made by redsn0w and by sn0wbreeze



So I dont know how to fix it.

16xx errors happen when you try to restore a custom firmware without being in Pwned-DFU mode.
