Iphone 3gs error 11, 20, 1600. Tried everything!!

Hello, i got my brothers old iphone 3gs which is locked, so im trying to jailbreak and unlock it.

So im trying to restore to 5.0 but gets alot of errors. Im using tinyumbrella to go around the 3194 error. But when im trying to restore in DFU mode i get error 1600. In recovery mode i get error 20, when i try to restore to 3.1.3 in recovery i get error 11. I've tried ireb to get into pwned DFU mode but makes no diffrence. i've also tried changing host file, diffrent usb and redsn0w to get into pwned state.

I have no idea what to try next :S please help?

EDIT: oh i forgot to mention its the old bootrom

You won't be able to put 5.0 on there without saved SHSH Blobs since 5.0 is not the current version of IOS. You probably need to install 5.1.1.

okey, but i dont really care about which os it is 3.1.3 doesn't work either :S

I wasn't clear. You need to put 5.1.1 on there. Any other version won't work unless you have saved SHSH Blobs...
