There is some evidence that we reach the next iOS update early next week and probably before 20 February will be available to download through Apple is.
This suggests ifun.de present information derived from the same circles, which already includes the launch of iOS 6.1.1 , only eight hours before its release predict accurately could. The second device is updated within a month, as its predecessor, is used exclusively for acute troubleshooting and should go without it, through the Evasi0n jailbreak to fill unused system vulnerability. While iOS 6.1.1 for iPhone 4 connection problems when cared, iOS 6.1.2 is now both the iPhone bypass the passcode as well as the problems in communication with Exchange servers rid of the world. Two errors, short-term solutions for the Apple had promised. Spoken, in the case of the Passcode Lock. Written in terms of Exchange.Apple internally, the original planned iOS update to version 6.1.1 - this should be tracked, especially in the Japanese Apple cards are dealt - now postponed and will reach us in the coming weeks as version 6.1.3.

So, do we keep 6.1.1 and NOT update our phones to 6.1.2; oh my goodness, does it ever stop!

AFAIK, for jailbroken users, iOS 6.1.2 will still be jailbreakable using the Evasi0n exploits once Evasi0n gets an update. For stock users, this update is recommended if god forbid you lose your phone, your contacts and such cannot be accessed if someone were to have malicious intents for the contents of the phone.

no it never does, apple has a schedule to release firmware for the major updates that are mostly released with new devices (iphone 5S) will probably be released along with ios 7.0. but some times they releases firmwares quicker because of bugs or new jailbreaks.

A general rule for jail breakers to ALWAYS follow: wait until told by jail break tool makers (in this case, the evasi0n folks) that an upgrade is safe. Even if its only an incremental fix (e.g. from 6.1.1 to 6.1.2) - always assume the upgrade will stop/break the ability to jail break unless you are specifically told otherwise.

Saves a lot of heartache... :)

Assuming it will be released soon, it'll be the lockscreen "exploit" and the Exchange server problems from iOS 6.1.
