Incomplete backup

Ever since I got my iphone4 I always had trouble with the back up. One time I had to restore my phone and tried to do a back up but it wouldn't back up so I lost all my contacts and stuff. And now the status for my phone backups says incomplete. Help me please.

You pretty much out of luck there. For future safety, use cloud services to store your contacts. iCloud is free with 5gb and can also be use to backup your iPhone's data.
