How to restore iPhone information after syncing with iTunes for the first time

Hi,

So I have been using my iPhone for a month or so without syncing it with my iTunes and decided to finally get around to that. I accidentally started it up using my iPod's back up data and now I've lost all of my iPhone contacts, photos, and very important calendar events. This was the first time I had synced my phone with a computer, so I don't think I have my info backed up there. Is there anything I can do to get my info back?

Unfortunately no... if you do not have a previous back up of your iPhone... there's no way to recover the lost items. Starting a restore from the backup of a different iDevice essentially wipes your device clean and starts installing what's saved in that particular backup.
