How does one do the following

I'm throwing this out here because no one can seem to give me an answer where I originally put it.
I am trying to change the ringback tone on my 3Gs and cannot figure out how to do it (For anyone who might be a bit
confused, it's the music that a caller will hear when they call you.) Does anyone here know how to do this? Thanks.

Isn't that handled by your cell phone provider? If so, then you should call them.

That has nothing to do with the phone i believe, more so the carrier and is done through your carrier's site or calling them? Mind you I believe in the US, Verizon is the only one with ringback?

As others have said, ringback tones are managed by your cellular provider. You will have to either call your provider to change it or you will have to log into your account on their website to change it.
