Deleting question

I have music movies pictures tv shows that I would like to delete from my iPhone 5s but would still like to keep them on my Computer iTunes. But cannot figure out on how to do this sorry. can anyone please give me some steps on how to do this ? Thank you for any help with this.

You can sync your stuff to your iTunes so it can be there

Swipe the song(s) you want to delete from right to left and hit delete

Yeah just swipe it to the left and it will say delete
