i had my iphone jailbroke with greenpoisn..to make a long story short i switched to verizon and bought a new one...i let someone use the att one and thet decided to reset it thru the settings and now its froze on the apple logo i can get it in rcovery but it gives me 3194 code when restore and a 3002 with tiny umbrella.tiny umbrella does not read any info from phone niether does itunes..i need to get this fixed so i can sell it someone please help

i am not able to turn the phone off what is the best way to put it in dfu?

ok i figured out the dfu and ran green poison again..now i get the apple logo flashing on and off evry 5 seconds

It won't let me restore it at all I keep getting the error codes...

Error 3194 is usually to do with the hosts file. Go to C:Windows/System32/drivers/etc and open the hosts file with notepad. This is the line you need to add or take away,

74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com

iTunes must be closed when editing the hosts file. Make sure you press save and then close the window. Its a good idea to also reboot your computer...

K tried that..new problem..if I run tiny umbrella I get stuck on "preparing iPhone for restore." if I don't run tiny umbrella I get " unable to connect to administrator."

Also it will not let me save..it says I dint have permission contact administrator

What says contact administrator? Your computer? You will need to sign into a user on your computer with admin privileges...
