Help! I hate 4.2.10!!!!

My iPhone4 through Verizon was running on 4.2.8 and Jailbroken through sn0wbreeze 2.7.3. All was working beautifully for the past couple of months. I HATE! LOATHE! DESPISE! the F-ing pop up notifications for texts and such in the normal ios, so I was running Popup Blocker and all was well.
My phone locked me out with a white line. I couldnt get it to do anything, not even power off. So i had to run a recovery from iTunes. It restored it and updated it to 4.2.10 and now I cant get it back to a previous version to re-jailbreak it!!!
Can ANYONE walk me through how to get this back to the way it was yesterday afternoon????? PLEASE!!!!!!!!

* I tried iFaith but it sat running for 15 minutes and still said 0 of 5 passes and 0/13 found....

* i removed the 4.2.10 from the root directory and tried again

These pop ups are killing me again while trying to watch Netflix or playing games.

Do you have the blobs for your 4.2.6 or 4.2.8?
