I have IPhone 5 A1429, and cant install new ios or restore with old in iTunes. when it gets to 60% stuck and shows error (1). There are some pictures. Help plsss. Thanks

Are you running the latest version of iTunes? You need 12.5.1 for iOS 10 support.

Do you own this phone?

As in, was it running iOS 9.x.x. before you tried to update the OS to 10?

yes I have 12.5.1 but not works. I have downloaded old ios like 7 and 8.4.1. but also error, 3194.

You may need to put the phone into DFU mode and restore from that. Use 12.5.1 to restore it.

To enter DFU mode hold home and lock buttons until the Apple logo appears, continue to hold them until the prompt appears to plug into iTunes. iTunes should respond with "Found a phone in recovery mode".

If this phone is jail broken, ignore everything I just said. This is only for a stock iPhone.

You can't install software that's not signed by Apple, thus error 3194. The only versions you'll be able to install right now, are 9.3.5, 10.0.1 or 10.0.2.

Error (-1) usually points to a hardware error.

Try disabling firewall and antivirus-software on your computer.

Unplug every other USB-device, and try updating the software of the iPhone again.

If that doesn't help, restart computer as well as iPhone.

One more option would be to use DFU mode to restore it:

I tried in DFU mode but still error (1).

Maybe you should take the phone to the Genius Bar at the nearest Apple Store to have a diagnostic run to pinpoint any possible hardware issues.
