Having trouble JB my 4s

Just got a 4s and I am trying to JB it but having an issue. I have the Cinject file downloaded but for some reason I cannot "run as administrator" every time I open the folder it opens and closes immediately. Any help would be great

I actually just did and when I ran it about 20 min into it I got a popup saying the program encountered a problem

So I downloaded absinthe and followed the instructions but for some reason I keep getting a popup saying "the program encountered a problem"

Any suggestions?

They got it so locked down I couldn't even pull up swappa.com on there without them blocking it so no go there

Work, library, a friend or family member. This is 2012 there are literally 5 computers for every person in this world.

Use a different pc mate... Ive had the same problem and i used my brothers pc and it all worked fine!!
