Good calendar app?

I'm looking for a calendar app that won't allow me to book events on top of each other, and will also let me schedule tasks as well as appointments. It would also be nice if it syncs with the default iPhone calendar. There's so many options, and it's hard to tell from the reviews which are best.

Check out Cozi, one if the highest rated calendar, oraganizer apps out there. Just started using it. It's great for multiple calendars, list making, and notes- plus it can synchronize w/ Outlook too.

synchronize w/ Outlook is a must. Cozi looks great.

The Outlook sync is in the beta phase but they are working hard on it, and are very responsive
