Although several App Store apps and tweaks attempt to emulate the functionality of Adobe Flash, none are very successful. Skyfire can only run Flash video, and it usually only succeeds in displaying ads (as if anyone wants that). If you need to view Flash on your iDevice, your best bet is the App Store app "Cloud Browse". You essentially connect to a third-party computer that processes the Flash for you and sends you the resulting display: somewhat of a proxy. It's a little slow and choppy but it gets the job done if you need Flash.

Flash is being phased out anyway. HTML5 is taking it's place.
