Email Address

Must I manually type in email addresses or can I "save" the address in contacts when I receive an email?

What I wish to do is tap a name and the email address in put in the outgoing email.

Just tap once on the from address and the menu comes up... Then tap add as new contact or add to contact.

yeap just add email to the contacts you have email for and tap
