Down grade and jailbreak if poss ?

Hi ive just my first iphone 4s ios 7.0.3 and was wondering can i lower the ios so i can jailbreak it and what ios would i need to go back to. Ive been through the searches and think its possible but im really not that clued up when it comes to the technical stuff so an easy to follow guid would be much appreciated.
Love the iphone but would like to put my own personnel touch on it and the way forward seems to be jailbreak it.

Any help would be much appreciated

To sum up the answer quickly... there isn't a way to downgrade the iOS on a 4S.

Yes. You'll have to wait until a jail break for iOS 7 is found and released.
