Deleting some apps help plz

Hi so i jailbroke my ipod touch and inwas not liking it so i removed cydia but i cant get fakecarrier and shshit to go away i am trying to erase all content and settings, but it dont work. Should i try a restore thru itunes

Yes, restoring is the only way to unjailbreak a phone.
