Cydia ads

A there a way to pay to get rid of the ads in Cydia? Almost every other thing I click on brings up a "you're a lucky winner" advertisement. If I can't remove ads, how do I remove the jailbreak. Cydia is simply not worth using if I have to wade through that many ads.

AdBlocker blocks ads anywhere on the iPhone as long as they are a certain kind of ad.
