Can't slide the screen when people calls

Hi, I need help!! Sometime when people call me I can't seem to slide answer? Why? Does my screen have problem? I am still having warranty till November.

Try holding your home button and your sleep/wake button for 10+ seconds. Don't release the buttons until the phone has cut off and the silver Apple boot logo appears.

Get somebody you know to call you, and if this fixes your problem, let us know. If the problem persists, we'll try another solution.

Take full advantage of you iPhone warranty..... let Apple fix/replace iPhone for you....

Hi all, if I go for a replace all my message and things in the iPhone will be gone. That what I don't like about. Haha.
