I have iPhone 5c bootloop like this,
I just want to know what hardware I need to be replace or fixing?

Welcome to iPhone Forums!

It's not necessarily a hardware problem that makes the iPhone start over and over again. A software problem could also cause this.

Here's what you can try in order to fix this without looking at your hardware:
Remove the SIM card. If that fixes the problem, put it in again. In case your iPhone starts rebooting again after inserting the SIM card, you might need a new one, or maybe restoring your iPhone will help.
To restore your iPhone, use these instructions:
DFU Mode for Dummies

Force starting your iPhone could help as well. To force start it, press and hold Home and Power button until you see the Apple logo. As soon as the logo appears, let go of both, your iPhone should power up on it's own.

If these don't help with your problem, remove the case, look for debris in the charging port. This can be removed easily with a clean toothbrush that has never been used.

Hope that helps.
