6.1 B5 stuck on recovery bootloop

i upgraded my iphone 4 from 4.1 to 6.1 using redsn0w but now i am stuck in recovery bootloop because when i use the recovery fix , its states that i am missing a key.plist, i tried

selecting ipsw than boot normally
restoring to 6.0.1
custom ipsw to 6.0.1

anyone can help me get out of this situation so i can jailbreak my iphone using the latest evasi0n

When doing anything with iOS 6.0, 6.0.1, 6.0.2 and 6.1 you MUST select the iOS 6.0 as in six point zero IPSW or you'll get a missing key.plist error.

okay i select ipsw as the 6.0 already and manage to have it boot up, but now i am stuck on the setup screen where i have to activate my iphone with my sim card, but they say its the wrong wan, so what do i do now? i tried

selecting ipsw as the 6.0, i tried jailbreak, install cydia but it says that the exploit fail

okay i tried it again and it worked but now i realised i dont have cydia installed, how to install cydia?
