Best Multitasking App - Free??

I'm looking for a good multitasking app. i know that multifl0w is highly mentioned, but it's 5 and I don't use it that much. I've seen one called Dock, but heard it's buggy.

Wanted to post and see what you all thought and were using.

backgrounder is good but 4.XX firmware has multi tasking
