I like the Defender. I actually have three of them. I do find them a bit unrefined though. What you see is probably annoying more than anything. Kind of bugged me.
Don't get me started on how they creak when you squeeze them. Again, not a big deal, but I think Otter can do better.
If you want refined and protection, go Lifeproof. I'm using one now. The bar has been raised as far as I'm concerned.
