app store can't establish connection

hi there, really desperate now... been searching for days... my carrier is hutchison / 3 Indonesia.. and I cant connect to app store using this carrier.. only app store.. other apps works fine (safari, chrome, cydia, games) but when I switch to wifi connection or other carrier.. the app store works with out any problem... thinks it bcoz of the carrier bundle.. but not sure... coz when I browse to /system/library/carrier bundles/iPhone using ifile, there isn't Hutchison_id.bundle there (as id is for Indonesia)
what should I do so I can connect to app store?
btw, using ios 5.1.1

Firstly we do not discuss piracy so do not mention that app again, I edited it out of your post.

Now is the iphone supported in your country? it could be that you have to select a supported country and use that app store instead
