Reset carrier.plist on iphone 4 4.3.3

yesterday i played on my phone with the ifile application and messed upo with the carrier,plist file without making a backup previously. im with rogers and now im able to receive calls and txt on my phone but internet doesn't work anymore. each time i try to load a page on safari, it says unable to acces cellphone data plan or sum like this. is there a way to restore the carrier.plist file???
/system/Library/carrier Bundles/iphone/rogers_ca.bundle/carrier.plist
btw have a pc

A restore in iTunes should sort it...
