App for granular customized alerts & profiles?

I'm looking for an app for my iPhone like the BB's profile feature. I understand MyProfiles works well after jail breaking, but I'm trying to avoid this. Plus, I'm on the iPhone 4S and iOS 5.0.1.

Any recommendations? I use iPriortyMail but it only handles email and crashes quite a bit.
