Answering the phone

In order to answer the phone, you must "slide" the slide bar......many times, I put my finger on the slide bar, slide the finger, but the slide does not slide, Many times I must return the call. How can I stop this from happening ?

Hi,
My guess is the glass has some type of interference on it that's not allowing it to slide. Example: the glass is scratched or has some abrasions. If that's the case, it might be worth looking into a replacement.

If the above does not apply, my next thought would focus on what you may be cleaning the glass surface with. I use windex, spraying it on a soft cloth and then clean the glass with such.
