Is there a list somewhere of the changes to the software updates? I don't see doing each and every one; oh, I'll get to them eventually as needed, but would like to know what they address, and as stated in the message header, 4.2.10 is the version as of this week.

They are not the same. 4.2.10 is missing some features GSM users have been enjoying since 4.3. For example personal hotspot...

Verizon has been having Personal Hotspot feature since it came out lol. I somehow lost the Personal Hotspot feature upgrading to 4.2.9 though.

The main reason I want 4.3 is the cloud . It makes me sad not having the cloud I just updated my iMac with lion and my iPod touch has 4.3 but apples keynote is not as exciting when your iPhone has no cloud

Only the 3GS and newer will be able to get iOS 5. So any device that supports it wil get iCloud...
