Hey guys, so I was wondering if anyone here who is stuck on 4.2.10 would be willing to try and do a tethered jailbreak with the new version of Redsn0w 0.9.8b5. MuscleNerd only stated that this update adds support for beta5 of the iOS firmware but I was wondering if maybe this would work for 4.2.10 and he just didn't mention it.

If anyone is willing to give it a shot please let me know if it works for you!

Here are the download links:
Redsn0w 0.9.8b5 - Mac
Redsn0w 0.9.8b5 - Windows

I hate to ask a stupid question, but by 4.2.10 do you mean iOs 4.2.1? If yes, I have mixed experience with that.

No he means 4.2.10 the newest firmware update for CDMA iPhones.

iPhone 4 16Gb 4.2.8 (jbme 3.0)

Yes I am referring to 4.2.10 the most recent CDMA iPhone4 firmware. beta4 provided a tethered jailbreak for 4.3.5 but for some reason it does not work with 4.2.10 so I was just wondering if beta5 would solve the issue.
