hi all trying to restore using 4.3.3 firm, on the latest itunnes, as itunnes cant read the contents on it my phone ( but yet it can tell me that lol). when try to restore i get error msg 3194????

You can only downgrade to 4.3.3 if you have your 4.3.3 SHSH saved. 3194 is the error you get when Apple cannot verify your restore.

First, it will ensure your hosts file is correctly configured which will avoid the 3194 error in the future.
Secondly, it will retrieve all of the SHSH Blobs to which you are entitled on your device. That way you will know exactly what versions of IOS you can install on your phone.

If 4.3.3 does not appear in the list once you have followed the guide, you can't restore it.

So was wat i said wrong

Unfortunately, donwgrading iTunes will not allow you to downgrade to a version of IOS which is not being signed any more. There is no way to bypass Apples signing mechanism as things stand. So no saved SHSH Blobs = no restore.

When you say you can't open it, what exactly is happening? You have installed it, haven't you? (as per the guide) What error message do you get? Are you on Windows or OSX?

TU needs Java to be installed on your PC to work.

musnt have java downloaded via firefox.. my phone is 4.3.3 j/b but itunnes is the newest version, asks me to restore cant read my phone...

What SHSHs do you have saved? You can only restore 4.3.3 if you have that specific SHSH saved.
