my computer picks it upwhen plugged in via usb but itunes doesn't

ok! right i've managed to run green poison, its finished and the screen is all white, do i unplug and power off and on now or still have to wait?

ok i've restarted, its the same 'no sim installed screen' on the phone and itunes has the same message too

ok i now have itunes detecting a iphone in recovery mode! So i take it i can just hit 'jailbreak' now

the message on itunes says: 'you must restore this phone before it can be used with itunes'
