Oh these articles are getting tiresome. Not directing this comment towards the OP. The media is acting like this is some hidden flaw with the Verizon system. It isn't. This has always been the way that ALL phones work on Verizon with the exception of a very few global phones. If there was any truth in reporting left, they would title this "What AT&T Users need to know if they are considering switching". Us Verizon users have known all of these details as long as we have been with them.

It really is sad how some companies get targeted by the news.

Yeah but it's the first positive ATT article I have ever seen lol. Listen there are too many people writing and reporting these days. No one is picking on Verizon. That's just the way it is these days.
