Why are my messages in Chinese?

Hi everyone. My iPhone 4 has started send my messages out in Chinese? Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how I fix it? I'm an airbrush artists so sending clients messages in a foreign langauge doesn't sit to well with them.

where did you buy the device from? in the keyboard and language settings do you have chinese enabled?

Has to be the keyboard set up switch to aus

Hi, this is just a follow-up to my questions regarding unlocking a phone while overseas. Well, I just talked with Fido who has the policy that a phone that is under contract cannot be unlocked. If I was out of contract they would unlock it for $50 so the support person said I would have to get somebody outside Fido to unlock it or buy one of their travel packages.
Not a change that I will buy their travel package so any suggestions to a good reliable place to get my Iphone unlocked here in Torontoo before I travel overseas?
