Where is that option that allows manually Sync?

1. I know its there but I cant find it, my i4 keeps syncing when i turn on the iTunes.

2. Every time I sync it tells me that I have a conflict in my NOtes, where it wants to either delete some or add some, so i always click CANCEL. If I Allow it at adds additional notes that I dont need anymore to my iPhone. How do I fix this so i dont have to click Allow or Cancel when it sync?

when you connect your phone to your computer, open your itunes, highlight your iphone in the left panel in itunes, in summary tab, scroll down and there you will:
uncheck the box that say: Open itunes when this phone is connected

Yeah i did that, what it does is asks me then to Apply, then another message pops up to delete or revert something.

If you didn't modify anything from app tab, contacts tab, song tab etc... Then just accept the apply, it will not change anything on your device, it will judt apply the change in itunes.
