The fastest way to find out will be to watch the Apple announcement live on the 9th of September, where distribution and pricing will be announced as part of the iPhone 6 announcement.

There's no guarantee, but Apple has streamed previous keynotes live from this site http://www.apple.com/apple-events/ In the past. Check the site closer to the 9th and see if it's mentioned.
