Pretty much anything you want. Customize themes, chance icon layouts and names, etc. The options are truly limitless.

Yes... problems can occur. Usually because of compatibility issues w/ Jailbreak tweaks/packages. This is not due to the actual JB itself.

JB is very good. you can customize your phone in any way you want and ofcourse theres the compatibility issue and often crashes. (mine rarely crash).

some things JB can do.

no limit of apps in a folder

can change carrier name

can have many dock apps and can scroll left and right

gestures like you dont need to tap home button twice for multi tasking

color keyboard

shortcut on/off of bluetooth airplane mode and wifi

themes, scrolling effects , easy texting and messanging that u dont need to open message app, easy reply that you will not exit the app your using and endless possibilities
