I know this is an iPhone app but iPods and iPhones are exactly the same I just don't have calling and texting service. My question is if I jailbreak now on a tethered jailbreak for 5.0.1 and I take my iPod 4g 32gb into ape store to get my cracked screen fixed will they do anything else to see if I jailbroke it or not or just fix my screen and rape me with the price?

I would avoid taking it in jailbroken as it voids the warranty so they wont touch it, not sure if they would even take money to do so but maybe some one else can confirm that last part as I am not 100% sure, but free? no way

If you are jailbroken they will definitely not fix it. Jailbreaking voids your warranty. As Del suggested you should look into replacing the glass yourself, I've done it myself several times for friends and people on Craigslist.

iPod 4 touch yes has a untethered JB. Just did my sons.
