Jailbreak acting up

For about a week or so now my iPhone has been acting up. When I try to move my icons around my screen will freeze & I have to put in DFU mode to get my screen working again and under my software tab in settings it just shows that it is loading when I try to see what version of update is available. I've tried deleting things that I have downloaded/upgraded through cydia lately. But this hasn't fixed anything. Any ideas as to what has happened & how to fix it?? I would really hate to un jailbreak my phone.

Check your installed tweaks and apps and such. See if anything you've installed doesn't match the version listed here

You shouldn't have to put your iPhone in DFU mode to fix that. You likely have an incompatible tweak. Find the compatibility list and check your versions
