Water on camera lense

It sure how to fix this problem, it's not just effecting my camera now, but my whole phone.

I am freaking out!! I do not own the 5pts tool in which to open my phone.

How do dry out my phone without causing more damage?? I also have insurance on my phone.

I would just use your insurance at this point. If its affecting your whole phone now it will never be the same. I've done the rice thing in the past with other phones but that was right after it hit water, they work for a little while then one day they are just done.

Don't open it ...save and backup all data to iTunes...contact your insurance and make a claim ASAP... Good Luck..
