VZ 4.2.8 Jailbreak

I tried to jailbreak my iPhone and now my phone only displays the startup apple symbol forever. How do I fix this?

What is the method you are using? Try running the jailbreak again. If that doesn't work restore via iTunes and try again...

I was able to restore my phone to get it out of the loop. I was wondering I u could suggest a jailbreak method for my VZ iPhone 4 4.2.8 on Mac. Thanks for the help.

I believe the only jailbreak option for verzion users on mac's is redsnow...
