Vanishing unlock Help Please.

I jailbroke my Iphone 3gs using redsnow my 3gs is on the newest ios 5.1 IOS so is tethered

I then succesfully unlocked my iphone using ultrasnow,My baseband was and still is 05.16.05 so has not changed

The unlock lasted about 5 days I was able to use a 3 mobile sim on my t mobile 3gs,
Then on downloading a new app my iphone somehow got corrupted.

So I then restored my 3gs and went through the jailbreak and unlock procedure again but this time
I could not get my iphone 3gs to accept the 3 mobile sim card as it did.

Can anyone please help me in where I am going wrong thankyou.

How did you restore the phone? If you did a factory restore then your baseband got updated which is why the unlock isn't working.

Yes I did a restore but the baseband is the same now as it was before the restore 05.16.05 so has not changed.
Is there any other way to unlock now ?.
