Usage readings

I noticed that when I go to settings / General/ and look for usage / standby mine just show "-" for both and it should show the "Time since last full charge"
Phone has shown 100% in the battery charge meter but nothing shows here. Verizon said maybe it didnt reach a full charge, but now I remember one night I left on charger all night but the phone was on. But it still should have reached 100%??

Any ideas.

Try redrafting your phone? If that doesn't work and it's important enough, then you can try restoring to factory settings and then call your carrier haha. Good luck!

I called Apple Express Lane support. Great service.
As it turns out you have to let phone drain completely and then recharge.
Hopefully this is just for the1st time, as I will not always drain the phone before recharging. Although Apple said you should do this at least once a month for best battery life
