Upgrading Problem

Here my problem My iphone 4 32gb with ios 4.3.3 is locked to Softbank Japan Carrier
then I accidentally update it to ios 7.0.4 true itunes

now I stuck at sim card activation screen

* is there a way to by pass it ?

I have a backup in itunes but i dont know how to extract it again to restore my iphone to get back from ios 4.3.3

The only way to activate it is to borrow a SIM that's the same carrier as the original carrier of the device, or, downgrade to iOS 6 or below assuming you've saved blobs previously and use an interposed unlock SIM, or using RedSn0w to jailbreak and hacktivate
