Upgrade from 4s to 5

I'm upgrading to iphone 5 from 4s. All my reminders, contacts, notes and data...how will it get to be on iphone 5? Will it automatically sync via icloud when I log in via my apple id?

Just make sure you have everything set to sync to icloud on your 4s. Then it will all snyc ok to the 5
