Un-Jailbreaking question

I am a Verizon user. My phone runs 4.2.6. I am selling this phone and want to return it to factory settings. Once I jailbroke the phone, my computer crashed, so I no longer have the original i tunes. Is there still a way I can unjailbreak my phone with out causing damage to it?

Yes you can. You can restore from any computer running iTunes.

Do I have to DFU or anything like that? I cant really remember how I jail broke in the first place.
