I am new to iPhone 4, have been an Android user for the start. Was giving and iPhone 4 and so far its nice but when I'm driving or phone is across from room I would like to hear the name of who is calling. At least the names of people already in my contact list. Any ideas?

How about a way to have the option to always allow? I don't want to click ok everytime I start to use a app in the car..
